STULZ Product Support consists of four teams dedicated to post-sales support:

  • Technical Support - 24/7/365 phone support for warranty, parts/labor authorization, and troubleshooting
  • Field Service - Dispatch/coordination of authorized technicians for
    • Start-Up, commissioning assist, preventative maintenance, break fix, onsite retrofit, and refurbishment projects
  • Parts - Factory authorized part sales
  • Training - Technician and owner training
